We’re excited to offer a variety of internship opportunities for Camp Hill High School Juniors and Seniors who are passionate about theatre. Our internships provide hands-on experience in various areas of theatre production and management. Whether you’re interested in technical theatre, marketing, directing, stage management or other theatre professions, the Pollock Center is the perfect place to grow your skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Internship Areas

  1. Technical Production

Our Technical Production internships are designed for those interested in the behind-the-scenes magic of theatre. Interns will gain experience in stage management, lighting design, sound engineering, and set construction. Work hands on with our team and learn the intricacies of creating a seamless theatre experience.

  1. Directing

For aspiring directors, our Directing internships offer the opportunity to work with our directors and learn the nuances of staging and interpreting scripts. Interns will assist in rehearsals, blocking, and production meetings, while gaining insight into the directorial process.

  1. Marketing & Social Media

Learn how to promote theater productions through social media and other mediums. Interns will assist in creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and engaging with the community. This role is ideal for those interested in the intersection of arts and communications, or just communications. 

  1. Other Theatre Professions 

Explore other essential theater roles with internships in areas such as dramaturgy, costume design, and production management. These positions provide a broad view of theater operations and allow interns to specialize in various aspects of theater production.
